Terms and Conditions
  • These terms apply to the services of TOTAL BUSINESS ACCOUNTANCY, an accountancy and compliance practice in NAVI MUMBAI. Asking us for a quote, signing one or paying us means you agree to them.
  • What we will do, the price and the expected timeline are set out in the written quote you accept before work starts. Timelines are estimates — government departments set their own pace.

  • You can pay online by UPI, card or net banking through Razorpay, straight into our account. Some services need an advance, as stated in your quote.
  • Our liability for a service is limited to the fees paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at NAVI MUMBAI.
Privacy Policy
  • We collect your name, email, phone, business details, the documents you share, our messages with you, and records of quotes, invoices and payments.
  • We use them only to provide the services you ask for and to meet legal obligations. We never sell your information or use it for advertising.
  • They are shared only with government portals when a filing needs it; with TBA (Total Business Advisory Private Limited), whose platform runs our client portal; and with Razorpay for payments — your card and UPI details go to Razorpay and never reach us.
  • We keep records while we work for you and as long as the law requires afterwards. To see, correct or delete your information, email total.tba@gmail.com.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • You can cancel a service at any time by telling us in writing (a message in your client portal or an email).
  • Not started yet: we refund everything you paid for that service. Already started: we refund what you paid minus the fair value of the work done, which we will explain.
  • Government fees already paid on your behalf, and completed work (a filed return, a granted registration), cannot be refunded.
  • Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 7 working days. Our services are delivered online and in person; nothing is shipped.
