Questions
- What happens when I reach a limit?
- Nothing breaks. At the client limit, new clients can't join until you move to a bigger plan. When the month's AI replies are used, your clients' messages go straight to your team instead of the assistant. When the month's document or bill reads are used, files are still saved and your team checks them by hand. You're warned at 80% of each.
- How does renewal work?
- You pay per month or per year. We email you 7 days before your plan ends; renew in Settings → Plan & usage. If it lapses there's a 7-day grace period, and your data is always kept.
- Can I upgrade later?
- Yes. Upgrading yourself from Settings is coming soon — until then, message us from Settings → Contact TBA and we'll move you to the bigger plan.
- Where do my clients' payments go?
- To your own Razorpay account — TBA never holds your money.
